Good Night Prayer

“The angel who redeems me from all evil bless the lads,
and let my name be named upon them, and the name of
my fathers Abraham and Isaac, and let them grow into a
multitude in the midst of the earth
(Genesis 48,16)
 

Jacob's beautiful blessing for Joseph's sons is traditionally recited as part of prayers before sleep at night. A dove of peace with an olive tree branch surrounds the blessing, while the blue skies are completed by rainbows at the corners.
