Candlelighting Blessing papercut
This blessing is recited when lighting the Shabbat candles on Friday night, thus bringing a feeling of serenity and happiness to the house. A menorah lights the top of this papercut. Two birds stand at either side of the Hebrew title, which is highlighted by a gold background, and below the birds - two Shabbat candles. In addition to the blessing, a prayer is recited stressing the hope that the younger generation will grow to be righteous. This artwork is completed by a painting of Jerusalem as seen from the hills surrounding it.
